Meet the Speaker
Meet the Speaker: Duncan Lewin, MSc BA
Duncan Lewin is a team and executive coach focused on coaching senior teams and boards to improve effectiveness, innovation, and strategic thinking. He has particular experience in helping teams navigate "major moments," including restructuring, acquisition, merger, and divestment.
Duncan was the first coach to achieve the Ashridge Team Coaching Accreditation and completed the Ashridge Master's in Team Coaching. He is currently completing a further certification in board dynamics and serves as a board member of the APECS executive coaching association. He brings over 10 years’ experience facilitating team and leadership development, following an earlier career as a chartered accountant and finance director.
