How to Apply

01 Write Your Personal Statement

Before you formally apply to the Doctorate in Organizational Change and pay your application fee, you will have your personal statement reviewed by our Admissions team and faculty.

In this 3,000 word acceptance paper you will The purpose of the paper is to enable you to think about what has led you to the point of choosing to study an aspect of your practice with the rigorous intensity associated with Doctoral level study, and to begin to establish a theoretical and methodological basis for your work. The paper is considered during the assessment of the first phase of the Doctorate and so we are also interested in your ability to write at a suitable level of quality.

02 Application Consultation

A member of the enrollment team will call you to discuss your suitability for the program and guide you through the next steps.

03 Start your Application

Set up your profile on our application portal and complete your application. You will need to provide:

  • up-to-date resume
  • proof of Master's Degree
  • 2 references
  • proof of identity

At this point you will pay the application fee of £450.

04 Personal assessment interview

  • We will assess your profile, goals, and overall fit for the program via video interview
  • We will also review your English proficiency during the interview

05 Admissions decision

If your interview is successful, you will receive an offer letter with details of payment plans and start-dates.

06 Submit outstanding documents

You will need to submit any outstanding required documentation—such as your test scores, letters of recommendation, or transcripts—before you are fully admitted and able to start the program.

Entry requirements

  • 8-10 years of work experience (at least 5 years of managerial/executive experience)
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Proof of proficiency in English
