Finance Specialization 2

Transactional Finance & Investments

Corporate transactions (or Mergers & Acquisitions), where companies buy other companies or sell their own subsidiaries, are a huge chunk of the finance industry. Concentrate on the skills you need to get a job in Investment Banking transaction services, PE & Buyout Funds, or "Big 4" transaction advisory. You’ll be able to analyze and value companies, decide on how to finance the acquisition, execute transaction process through mergers & acquisitions, and, in cases of private equity, also understand leveraging finances.

Finance Specialization 3

Financial Technology (Fintech)

Prepare for a career in fintech or in the financial services sector. Gain in-demand qualitative, quantitative, and analytical skills, including coding and programming capabilities. Engage in a comprehensive approach that merges the entrepreneurial, corporate, and investment perspectives of applying modern technologies to financial services. Globally, One-fifth of GDP is created by financial services and customers are more and more dependent on technology solutions. Fintech offers new career avenues but also is ever more present in more traditional business roles.
