Management Specialization 2

Consulting & Strategy Skills

Consulting careers can take several forms: working for blue-chip consulting firms, starting up an independent advisory practice, or becoming highly specialized thought leaders. These courses give you an understanding of how to create and deliver value to clients in consulting projects and how clients can execute strategy recommendations developed by consultants. It encompasses tools for strategic thinking, data analysis, and presentation, as well as managing client-consultant relations, delivering successful client pitches, and executing strategy projects. This exposure also allows Hult graduates to build valuable professional networks and client relationships, which can lead to repeat consulting opportunities as well as new professional avenues in new industries.

Through hands-on exercises and dynamic discussions, students will put theory to practice to help navigate complex challenges and emerging talent management opportunities.
